No Refund Policy

ChabaBot is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. Points are credited to your account instantly, and bot rental time begins the moment Points are exchanged. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

• Change of mind, no longer wanting the service, or purchasing the wrong package
• Purchasing Points but never exchanging them, or exchanging them but not using the rental before it expires
• Your device, emulator, or computer being unsupported or failing to configure correctly
• Your game account being suspended, banned, or restricted by the game publisher
• A supported game being updated, taken offline for maintenance, or discontinued by its developer
• Failing to follow the setup guides, or not contacting support during the rental period
• Results not matching your own personal expectations

Service Delivery

Once payment succeeds, Points are credited to your member account automatically and immediately. You can verify your Point balance on the My Account page and exchange Points for bot rental time at any time. Credited Points never expire, but cannot be transferred to another user or converted back to cash.

Exception: Technical Payment Errors Only

We will only review cases caused by payment system errors — for example, being charged twice for the same order, or a payment succeeding without Points being credited. You must report the issue with proof of payment within 7 days of the transaction date. Resolution will be provided as a Point credit to your account as the first remedy.

Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you have any question about a charge, please always contact our team through the listed channels first. If a dispute is filed with your bank without contacting us first, we will submit your recorded acceptance of these terms along with your service usage logs to contest the dispute, and reserve the right to permanently suspend the associated account.

Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms above, and acknowledge that this service is a digital product that is not eligible for refunds.
